		<description><![CDATA[Yikes! This is such a great post.  I have chosen to look at it positively.  I was part of the 10% last month and I&#039;m now part of the 90% :-).  

In a down economy there are always opportunities that arise.  You just have to focus on finding those opportunities because they are not always obvious. As you well put it, having positive energy beats the alternative.
